Cancellation & Refund Policies
1. Cancellation & Refunds
- If the cancellation is done by you less than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the check-in time (1 pm), then 100% cancellation will be applied and no refund shall be granted and the amount will be forfeited.
- If the cancellation is done by you between 24 – 48 (twenty-four to forty-eight) hours before the check-in time (1 pm), then only 50% cancellation will be applied and 50% of the amount paid therein shall be refunded.
- If the cancellation is done by you between 48-72 (forty-eight to seventy-two) hours before the check-in time (1 pm), then only 25% cancellation will be applied and 75% of the amount paid therein shall be refunded.
- If the cancellation is done by you more than 72 (seventy-two) hours before the check-in time (1 pm), then no cancellation will be applied and the “full amount” of the amount paid therein shall be refunded.
- Refunds will be eligible to be processed after check-out only. All refunds shall be made within 30 (thirty) days after date of check-out.
- Refunds shall only be processed via bank transfer only. We would be unable to process any refund via cash, UPI or any other mode of payment.
- Any charges levied by the third-party authorities for the transaction contemplated herein shall be borne and paid by you.
- In the event of any complaints by the other guests, warnings will be issued not to create disturbances; subsequent to two warnings you will be asked to remove yourself from the premises immediately and no refund shall be issued to you for the remaining period.
- We reserve the right to cancel your bookings at any time without any liability if, in the sole opinion of Alkashray you have displayed an unpleasant or untoward behaviour towards staff and/or other guests and the balance amount shall be forfeited.
- Alkashray reserves the right to cancel your booking/s immediately at any time without any liability in the event you are suspected or found to be indulged in any act/omission which is against the interest of Alkashray or unethical, immoral or illegal in nature.
