Promotions that run on our network may be sponsored by organisations other than Alkashray. However, you can decide not to participate in the promotion if you don’t want your data to be shared. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India only without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pune and at the exclusion of the courts at any other place.
